He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. "my wife & i awoke this morning to find no ac upstairs in our house. as we were looking forward to yet another 90+ degree san fernando valley summer day, i desperately tried to find someone to come by and look at the unit. north air was the only vendor available today...so i made an appointment (plus, i liked that they were a local burbank business).

vigen was scheduled to come between 2p & 4p...but he called just after noon and asked if he could come earlier (yes!). after arrioving he checked out the unit and determined the problem was one of two things: a broken condenser or a broken motor. he quoted me a price for the condenser and we agreed to discuss plan b (motor) if a new condenser didn't fix the problem.

after swapping out the condenser the unit immediately sprang back to life. vigen checked a couple other things to make sure everything was working properly and that was that. the whole thing probably took 20 minutes.

"Chis and his son came out to assess and give a quote but he found damage to the condenser.  He replaced the condenser and demonstrated that it was working outside but the air coming from the vents in the house was still warm.  So he determined that the coil  would also need to be replaced.  Chris explained the steps to be taken and why it was needed.  They worked hard in very hot conditions and were very professional.  They cleaned up the work site before leaving.

"Our wonderful remodeling job was done by Best builders group & their awesome team. After shopping around for more than few months for a good home improvement company, we got to Best builders group.
