"This person who claimed to work with RVV plumbing came to my house with no tools but just his cellphone to use it as flashlight to look for the source if pipe leaking, use my hummer to knock down a wall which was not the source of leak, left the house and told me that he will have to borrow from his friend a camera to look for the leaking. What kind of non sense is this, why did Angi list allowed this in their website. Not reliable, not an expert at all! Destroyed my walls for nothing and run a business with no tools and the van he drove does not even has his business name, so scary!! "They installed a minisplit cooling system, with 3 exchanges June 2021. Since then it is not operating the way it should. In my bedroom with the door closed at night on cool at 70 degrees the humidity goes up to 80%. I wake up uncomfortable, change it from cool to dry mode. The humidity will go down into the 50% range but the temperature drops down to 62 or less! So in cool or dry mode I can't get a good nights sleep! They come and look at it and tell me everything is fine. I'm going to buy a window air conditioner tomorrow which seems insane because i spent $10,000 on this minisplit AC system!"
