Their field manager Norm stopped by my home on more than one occasion and helped me think thru my planned layout, define the right materials and ensure everything met state and federal codes. On the day the work was completed, Chris K and Julius arrived right on time and worked well into the early evening to get the job done. There work was immaculate and they took the time throughout the day to answer any questions I had. Can't thank them enough for the great work. When the city of Apex inspector came by to perform the final inspection, he looked around and within 60 seconds turned to me and said, "Wow, this is perfect!" to which I agreed wholeheartedly. These quotes seemed exorbitant and so I got some estimates, all much lower, and chose Dominion on the basis of reviews. Terrone said my furnace did not need a cleaning, passing up an opportunity to charge me for something I thought I needed, and repaired my humidifier for less than the cost the other company had quoted for merely removing it. He showed me what he was doing, explained how my heating system worked, and charged me a fair price for the job. I would certainly call Dominion again for any HVAC needs."

CALL DAD HVAC called me right away and said they could come out that afternoon but due to my schedule had to wait until the next morning.
