"I was very impressed with Mr. Chris Massey! I placed a call to him at about 9:10 in the morning to request a quote for a hot water heater replacement. I received his voicemail; however, within only 20 minutes he called me back and was apologetic for missing the original call. I could sense at that point that he was a sincere individual. I explained to him that my electric water heating unit was located in my crawlspace. I also provided him with the dimensions of the tank and its accessibility in said crawlspace. He responded as if he had completed these type of projects countless times in the past. Without even looking at it he gave me a quote right there over the phone. After doing some research I knew that it was a very reasonable one so accepted it immediately. He then told me that he could pick up a new unit and be at my house by around noon. He was actually pulling into my driveway before 11:00 AM. He finished the whole removal/installation process in under two hours and filled me in on everything that he did. They came same day, installed within 4 days, submitted my rebate from Duke for me, comes with excellent warranty and they offer a service plan cheap enough I can afford. Single woman who cant tolerate heat along with aging dogs, they put my needs in first. Very happy. Will have them back to install hot water heater! I didn't like that they added $500 to billing to get me the 0% for 5 yrs payment plan but it is what it is in this day."
