To buy the part which is a gasket and some screws it would cost me 965. If I were to replace the entire toilet it would cost me 1500.00! The kohler genuine part cost is 7.00 on Amazon and Home Depot. So even if they had 100% markup on the it should have cost 14-15 dollars for the part. That means they wanted to charge 950+ dollars in labor. Lowe’s sells a brand new kohler toilet for 199.99 and will professionally install it for 250.00! This company is dishonest. Don’t use them."

Anthony claimed separate Freon charges for two system ports, but the user’s Senville Minisplit system only requires one charge. After refusing additional diagnostic fees, the technicians left the system non-functional. A second company, AB May, confirmed the system was empty of Freon despite the prior payment. The user found and repaired a leak on port A, which Anthony never checked, and Senville confirmed the system had enough factory Freon for the installed line length.
