After getting my phone call, Andrea responded very quickly and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. The shower, the floor, and the ceiling must be opened, dried, and the mold treated for mitigation. Andrea and his team did a great job in that. For the restoration, Andrea and his team had to replace two sinks with new countertops, redo one toilet, redo the shower with new dry wall, cement board, tiles, and the bathroom floor.
