"There was minor scheduling mishap where the scheduler put the wrong date on their calendar, but when I called to ask where the plumber was, they immediately worked to get a plumber to my house within 20 minutes. Ammon arrived and was very friendly and competent. I pointed him to the area where I had seen water and he jumped in to locate the source. After a bit of inspection he identified a leaky valve on my sink. He extended the copper water pipes and replaced the leaky valve after explaining to both my wife and I what the issue was and what he was doing. After he resolved the problem, he gave us his direct number and told us to call him if we saw any more water. After a competitor had been out twice to try and repair the issue, it was refreshing to see Ammon so invested in finding and fixing my issue as well as making sure I was happy with his work. I would definitely hire Drain Pro again and I would certainly request Ammon."

"We hired Trident plumbing to install a Flo Water Leak Detection device. We had a hard time finding a plumber who is familiar with the device. Also, many of the plumbers who came out were reluctant to do the work because the area where the main shut off valve is located, is very tight to reroute the pipe and install the Flo device. We received quotes ranging from $500 -$3500 and work statement which involved removing water heater or tearing out a wall from the closet to get to the main shut off valve. Luckily, Davon from Trident Plumbing was familiar and knowledgable with Flo. He was very creative in coming up with a configuration where the main shut off valve, PRV and Flo device can be easily accessible without removing water heater or tearing out a wall. Also, we really appreciated his suggestion to replace the 25 year old PRV and the main shut off valve with a ball valve which is much easier to turn off and on in case of emergency. After Davon completed the work, he performed a thorough check to ensure everything worked properly. He even checked the water heater for us. We will definitely hire Trident Plumbing, Davon, again for any future plumbing work. Thank you, Davon!"

"My 20+ yr old water heater failed, sending a stream of water thru my garage. After turning the gas off and draining the tank, I called Seatown based on a referral from Puget Sound Energy and their solid reviews here on Angi. Scheduled the appointment over the phone. Communication was smooth & easy. Received a text 2 hrs before arrival and then 30 minutes out. It included a photo & short bio of the plumber which I thought was a nice touch, both for safety reasons & ‘cause it’s nice to treat people like they’re not anonymous drones. Chris & apprentice Jeffrey arrived promptly. Gave me clear info on options & prices, I approved the bid and they set to work installing a new 50 gal, natural gas powered Bradford White tank storage water heater. I opted for the model with the 10 yr warranty rather than the 6. They were efficient, thorough and personable. Went above & beyond, re-routing a water line and repairing a janky exhaust vent that they thought the city inspector might not like. They even shop vaced the cobwebs from the space before installing the new tank, bless ‘em. Chris explained maintenance requirements, how to read the control panel & use emergency shut offs. Seatown takes care of city permits (my city requires one) which I appreciated. Work was begun around 11 & I had hot water by 3:30. Payment was due upon completion and I got a senior discount. Price was competitive with other companies’. They hauled away the old tank and all packing materials and left a very clean worksite. All in all, a good product, well delivered."

"The plumber arrived with all parts required to replace the hot water heater and accessories. He completed the job, including draining the old tank, installing a new shutoff valve and new water lines. He lit the heater and checked to be sure the system started with no leaks. He came on a Saturday, with no extra charge. Excellent job!"

"I went to Mad Pipers for a second opinion after getting a vague and uninformed assessment of my drain issues from a different company. Ragen and Zach not only took the time to figure out the extent of the problem, but they made sure I understood and knew what my options were, without pressuring me to hire them. I respected both their attention to detail and integrity so decided to hire them for the job. Rather than replace the entire drain system as recommended by another company, they discovered the problem areas where roots were growing into the pipes and were able to replace just the necessary sections effectively and efficiently. This included excavating and trenching the line from a tiny crawl space, redirecting the line to a much more practical location outside the house, adding gravel around the new pipe, reconnecting the line to the unaffected section, and complete and tidy cleanup of my yard, all in two days. I have complete faith in these guys and would definitely hire them again for any future plumbing needs."

"This company is rather expensive but the quick response for a leaking water main was great. Very professional and quality work. They identified the problem with the water main promptly and were ready to perform necessary repairs straight away when hired. I would consider using them for future remodel projects. On a side note, all of the other companies did not return calls. If they do not respond, why are they listed in Home Advisor?"

"Veteran-owned business. Honest, reputable and on time for the appointment. Ross and David spent all afternoon clearing out two clogged drain spouts and replaced/repaired a badly cracked PVC pipe after hydro jetting them. They inserted a snake with a camera and showed me the problem. They also provided a veteranâ  s discount! Thank You. Brad Pesek"
