"Unique Indoor Comfort’s technician, George, provided a fine tune up service to my residence's heating system which was well overdue for maintenance. He was able to pinpoint the issues I was having obtaining heat and, in the process, providing a more important service. This by detecting a significant potential health risk to the system when operating at capacity with elevated levels of carbon monoxide readings present in the combustion test and the necessity of having a chimney/fireplace sweep and cleaning conducted. The service call was money well spent. Would definitely use this company again for any additional issues"

"On the price, I don't, but it was also reasonable. They had also installed a water heater like a year before, reasonable. For sure they're a good service provider, any issues I have with the HVAC or my water system, I'll go to them. They clean up behind themselves; I don't have to do much."

"Workmanship (Billy Pearsall) was excellent and done quickly; very courteous and professional. However based on various options quoted and online prices for the same heater model, it seems that the premium for same-day service and 6 yr warranty on the labor and miscellaneous parts was over $500! If I were to do it over again, I think I could have survived a week without hot water and would have ordered my own heater. As it was, the labor (and overhead?) would calculate out to ca. $300/hr."

"This company was the only company around that was able to finally make my nightmare go away. My office building would flood when we would get heavy rain, due to the site work being done incorrectly and i had more than 10 contractors out to the site and no one could fix the issue. Until i found Alex and his partner Fernando, they have the equipment and expertise needed and did an amazing job."
