"Having used Apple Heating and Cooling in the past, I continue to be impressed with the professionalism of the people, from the office to the installers.  Because the outdoor unit was being relocated, there were certain access issues related to running the electric and line set connections (the house has no basement).  They were able to re-route all the connections to the outside unit without having to open up any finished interior walls or ceilings.  The price wasn't the lowest bid received, but was very competitive.  Overall, very pleased with the installation and equipment."

"The installation took only one day and a few hours the next day. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were well protected as they worked. Did a great job of cleaning up afterwards also. I love my new mini split system. I kept my temperature at 74° this summer and it cooled my entire first floor plus the dehumidification was extremely effective. Now I just turned on the mini split heat function so that I do not yet have to crank up my boiler. It is very effectively and quickly taking the chill out of my first floor living area. I am a very happy customer! I used to use two window air conditioners, one in my living room and the other in my dining room. My electric bill while running my new mini split air conditioner nonstop was almost half of what my electric bill was the last year! "Rich was prompt making the appointment for the estimate, on time, competitively priced, and quick turn around to the install. On the install day he text me to let me know he was on the way, was on time and did the work. Had drop cloths down to protect the floor, cleaned everything up and made sure all the pilots were lit for gas appliances after the job. He even troubleshoot an issues I was having with the furnace and it fired on the first try following. Great guy, great value, and perfect service!"
