"Mark from Water Heater Medic did an outstanding job. From the first phone call to determine the price to setting up my appointment to the actual installation, everything was terrific. After determinating that my water heater replacement/installation in the basement would not be a complicated one (e.g., no stairs, no tight spaces), he gave me a bit of a discount. The final price he quoted me was lower than everyone else. (I would say much lower because I don't want to give the impression that his price was suspiciously cheap in exchange for shoddy work. his work was in fact excellent and an outstanding value.) Setting the appointment was quick and painless. Mark worked around my busy schedule, which I very much appreciated. During the installation, Mark kept me informed of what he was doing. The whole process only took about an hour and he left my home just as clean as it was before he arrived. I will use Water Heater Medic for all of my future water heater needs and would definitely recommend them."

"The work done was excellent. The plumber was also extremely personable and professional. The only thing I had a problem with was the high price. I guess I'm not used to paying someone else for jobs I used to be able to do myself."

"Replaced immediately. We were extremely pleased with his response time, cost and professionalism that we hire him to replace our garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. Definitely will call him again if we need plumbing services. He and his employee were both very pleasant."

"Finally dealt with a plumbing repair that was awaiting attention. My technician, Andrew , was friendly, polite, and very thorough. I will certainly call Ray Page Plumbing for any further plumbing needs!"

"professional, friendly and knowlegeble technicians"

"I had a pipe that was leaking in my wall. Fred was quick to respond to my inquiry and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was kind and explained his plan. As a woman I never felt intimidated. I ultimately went with Carmichael Plumbing and Heating because they also have a guy who could repair the sheetrock. This saved me more stress and research! I highly recommend Carmichael!"

"Michael had to come out twice for 2 issues. Service was great. Very happy with the work Michael did. Will definitely call again if I have other problems"

"He was very knowledgeable and gave me some advice on how to avoid future problems. He was also on time and the service was done fairly quickly. He took the time to make sure all repair needed was done correctly and assured me if any problems were to occur he would be back to fix."

"My home jet well pump was failing after 27 years, Joe the Plumbers crew came in and Demo'd the old unit along with several feet of old copper pipe along with associated fittings. The plastic fittings were really imbedded inside the galvanized pie treads requiring heat and a lot of prying and cutting to remove them. They diagnosed the pump failure die to a water log tank where the diaphram went bad. They recommended that I get the tank replaced to extend the life of the new pump which I will do next week. Both plumbers were very neat, organized and professional. The came with all the parts needed to perform this job. Highly recommend them to any homeowner or business. I was able to contact them on the first call, and set up an appointment for the next day which was when the repair was performed. I They have a fixed cost for jobs so you know ahead of time. They do have an $89 fee just to some out, but well worth it as they do excellent work! This is the second time i used them for an emergency repair and give them a 9 out of 10 which is excellent!"
