"First time they were here. Two young boys showed up. Walked around the house for a little. Claimed they would come back with a video camera to inspect the pipes. That was 3 months ago. THEN they did do a snake in the garage. But, Left all the mess. They didnt not even bother sweeping or wiping anything. The didnt lay anything on the washer for their equipment. So the washer and dryer are scratched up pretty bad. Then when I called to get it rescheduled and handled properly they sent me elsewhere. As a business owner im used to provided a certain level of customer service. Even if the customer is tough or the job is hard I use those times as a chance to show people what i can do. Under promise and over deliver! EDITED Now the young lady who does the texting seems upset and taking what is a professional review, where i have not written anything to Attack personallyâ ¦.now im receiving personal Comments texted to me. He did everything to make it codeworthy, came in to deal with the vent in my attic. All this at a lower price than a number of other bids. "

"Jose came out to trouble my 6 year old water heater which stopped heating and would not respond to my efforts. After a long and thorough attempt to fix the situation, the heater declined to participate. Jose outlined my options and explained in detail what he wanted me to know before deciding to purchase a new system. Once I decided, Jose worked out a plan for me. He made sure his supplier was open on Christmas Eve so he could pick it up and install for me the same day. Jose returned early the next day with his partner to change out the old system (from 2nd floor) and haul the new tank up those pesky stairs. Super Heroes, absolutely. They worked diligently until the job was completed. Jose explained the features/answered my questions and gave me a very fair price. I definitely plan to call him for future needs. He's the best.
