"Our MPO handyman completed quite a bit of work in just four hours--it probably would have taken my husband and I at least 12 hours to do everything he did. He loosened a tight hot water faucet handle, insulated some pipes, installed fan switches, repaired broken sink stoppers, and installed many coat hooks in various locations.
Only hiccup was in setting up the appointment. I failed to confirm via email and lost my first appointment slot, but I wish MPO would have tried to confirm with a phone call instead of cancelling me.

"I was very happy with the work being done initially. Leo was very attentive, followed up along with Doug the business owner checking up on the work being done. Felt very good about my decision. Late in getting gutters installed but was done 3 weeks later (maybe that is normal). First rain finding a lot of water running down my facia between the gutter and facia. Very responsive initially to that problem but 3 weeks later, now finding company out of business. Business phone mail box full. Called office clerk finding out she left 3 weeks ago along with Leo leaving me high and dry!!! This sucks!!!"

"They guarantee the paint for a life time and it is transferable. They have done a good job. The only problem was, they represented their selves as a painting company. However, I think they are general contractor. The painters were subcontractors. I wish they would have been up front about using subcontractors and I wish they would have offered a form to ensure the subcontractor does not put a lien on the house."
