"Angie sent me an email at 10:30pm and stated that an additional pro wants to give me a free estimate (I like this) on my garage door problem next day at 8:00am. I accepted the offer and Allen showed up at 8:00am. I have a two-car garage and one side the door opener was old and dead and other side I needed the replacement of springs and cables with pulleys for the safety. Allen agreed with me and gave me the good price. We made a deal. He went back to get the parts and Allen & his partner finished the work very efficiently well before 10am. I am very happy about the great job they have done."

"The original deal I bought was for 1 person for 6 hours. Somehow there was a scheduling mix-up, and on the day I expected them, they didn't come. When I called, the scheduling mistake became apparent. The person on the phone was very apologetic, and told me no one could come. But, maybe 20 minutes later, she called back and said, she could send two people for three hours now. I agreed, and they arrived soon after. Evidently someone else had canceled, so I was lucky.
They were cheerful and friendly. They knew what they were doing, had the appropriate tools to accomplish my task list, and didn't leave a mess. They worked efficiently and got my list of things done early. They hung pictures for me in the remaining time, and did all that annoying measuring etc, as well as dealing with a wall that doesn't like to take nails. It's been some time since they did the work, and I'm happy to say that their efforts have held up. The gate has remained stable, the re-hung door works great, etc. In contrast to some others I've hired whose work has not held up.
I would be happy to use this company again, and it was great to get all those things taken care of.
