"My family was very pleased with the service from this company. Mo was very forthcoming in explaining the problems with our furnace, as well as the options. We were able to make a decision about replacing the unit without the pressure that some companies employ. A very clear proposal and estimate was sent and the work was scheduled. They came when they said they were coming and It took three people to remove and replace the furnace over 2 days in the bitter cold. They were very conscious about cleaning up during and after they completed the installation. The thermostats also needed replacements and we had a problem due to the wiring. However, Mo found a suitable upgraded replacements and installed them as scheduled. (In the meantime the heat was working.) The Heating and Cooling Pros company is an excellent company and I highly recommend them."

"My hot water tank was leaking water all over the place. I reached out to TWINZ MECHANICAL LLC explain my problems to them. They showed up immediately and explained to me that I needed to replace it.. The guys were very professional they gave me information on the process. I immediately hired them. They removed the defective tank and was back within an hour with a brand new team and got me right back up and running with hot water within an hour and the price was very reasonable, thanks guys."

"Absolutely wonderful! Daler arrived early and started work immediately, removing the old air conditioner and installing the new one with conscientious attention to detail and great care to do so without damaging the window frame. His young daughter Robia was also there, handing Daler the correct tools and paying close attention to his work; she is already a top-notch assistant to her Dad! The AC is now securely installed and Daler also took the time to install weather-stripping when he noticed that our window frame was just a tiny bit uneven. Both Daler and Robia were courteous, caring, and truly professional. We would be delighted to hire D & R Repair for future projects!"

"RTS electrical has done excellent job in installing, lights, outlets, switches, bathroom ventilation, smoke detectors, panel dressing, and doorbell. Definitely recommend to future customers"
