"Excellent customer service. Really went above and beyond in all aspects of the job. Corrected multiple issues in my home including replacing kitchen faucet, installation of a new toilet, cleared mini split water leaking, and replaced shower valve. Also had a second person Andrew helping and he was excellent also. They showed up 7:30am on a Sunday came back at 7:30am on Tuesday after picking up all the parts I wanted. "The reason I have Matt 4.5 stars and not 5 was the problem did not need repairing .He took the time to check out the leak and other plumbing issues while he was there(about 1 1/2 hrs.)And disclosed to me the issue was nothing severe and did not need replacing or repairing He could have taken me for a ride and he did not.Very honest I will call him back for any other issues and let you know how his work is.He seems very thorough and consciousness."
