I have NEVER had such meticulous work/workers. This was a pre move in cleaning of a large condo that had had 2000+ sq ft of hardwood floors refinished (e.g. lots of dust), a neglected Viking Stove/SubZero refrigerator; granite kitchen/baths, whirlpool, two fireplaces etc. Long and short---a lot of interior space that needed thorough but careful cleaning. It has been restored to "brand new" condition---including finished basement and garage. They are truly unbelievable--- and I am a very hard grader. I give them the highest recommendation possible and will be using them for all my cleaning needs going forward. They are simply THE BEST!"

As soon as he heard no heat, he rescheduled his other appointments and came to help me in the same afternoon. He was very thorough and thoughtful, even took extra time to explain everything to a novice like me. He got the heat back on in a few hours after rerouting wires and Installing things for extra safety. He even came by once again the next morning to help me diagnose one other plumbing issue. "Bob Bourque discussed our heating options and also asked us if we had CO2 detectors in our house in case the furnace got worst. I received the written proposal within a couple of days. It was so refreshing dealing with Bourque after dealing with six different HVAC contractors which I received several bids ranging from $3,800 to $14,000. I did hire Bourque to install our new gas furnace and a humidifier, their price was fair and after doing my homework Bourque had good references and are very reputable in our town. I was very impressed with all the staff that was very professional and courtesy. They did such a nice job at my home I highly recommended Bourque for my mother's home which they will be installing a new gas furnace and new air conditioning system within the next few weeks. My advice to anyone needing a heating or cooling system do your homework, Be sure get at least three (3) bids with detailed written proposals and check references from the contactor's current customers. Also go online to check for reviews or complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Anglies lists and even Google the Contractors name and address, you will be surprised with what information you will find. "We have been very happy with both the service and quality of work provided by SeaBreeze Home Construction. The owners, Amanda and Mitchel, are very thorough, fair and knowledgeable. After purchasing a home that needed lots of updating, we hired SeaBreeze to build a new deck which came out great. Mitchel discovered some rot in the existing house member requiring some replacement work. This was accomplished without impacting the schedule. The next project was a full bathroom renovation, which also came out great. We selected and purchased the fixtures and tile. Amanda and Mitchel did everything else, including subcontracting the electrical, plumbing and a minor amount of roofing for the vent fan. We've also had SeaBreeze replace some windows and the shingle siding around them. In all, we are very happy with SeaBreeze and have already asked them to quote some siding and flashing work around a chimney. They are great at accepting feedback and are very responsive.
