"Scheduling was odd. They reached out when i bought the coupon and left a message. I called backed and left a detailed message on what work i needed done. They called back and ask again for the details of the work.I gave it to them and when we confirmed a third person asked for the details of the work.
Workman came on time and was very courteous. I had all the materials as specified and he went right to work. The only time issues came up was when he started to do the trims. He had not brought any power tools or mitire box. He explained that they did not give him the tool van and he was very limited. I lent him my power tools and we got it done. Be very specific with this company that the handyman needs to come fully equipted. I was very clear 3 times that there was going to be trim wotrk. Should have been no confusion.

"The crew showed up early on the date provided by Mr. Froais.  The gutters were cleaned; some of the new guards were installed, and they left the broken (replaced) ones for my inspection."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Just a quick note to tell you how pleased we were with the service.  Was scheduled at our request to be done on a Saturday.  There was an ice and snow storm the night before and there was a lot of ice everywhere in the morning.  Called to say that their truck was stuck and would be late.  Called several more times during the day to keep us updated that the truck was still stuck in a snow bank and they were going to be late.  Finally decided it was getting too late in the day and rescheduled to be done on Sunday since we both work and wanted to be at home while the work was being done.  Was supposed to come first thing Sunday morning but got a call in the morning that the truck was still stuck and they would be here by noon.  Did not arrive until 3:00pm on Sunday. I was worried that we would get sloppy and rushed service or that the job wouldn't be able to be completed in a day which is what we wanted. Cannot say enough about the "dedication to the cause"!!  After arriving at 3:00pm Brian worked tirelessly till he got the job done and he left at 9:30pm.  Not too many people would have done that on a Sunday.  Will DEFINITELY think of you guys again and pass along your name.  The tub looks great.
