"Great. Ordering was easy. The company sent me all the materials necessary to order the custom sized table pads. Although they said it would take 6-8 weeks, I received the table pads within 2 weeks. Unfortunately, they were the wrong size, so I called them. I was very pleased to find out that the woman who answered the phone very readily acknowledged that there had been a mistake. "I contacted Tom Ahrens about having a raised platform bed frame made to match a purchased headboard after searching unsuccessfully on the ready-made market. I had a vision of what I wanted, but I know I did not I describe it all that well. Tom took my poor description and designed exactly what I had in mind. He emailed the design for me to review, double checked measurements, and brought several paint samples for me to select from. The finished product is well made, matches the headboard, and was a good value. His workmanship is superb. When the need arises, I will definitely use Tom Ahrens again. <br />"

"The big deal form Furniture Medic by Cinti Furniture Restoration worked out okay. They were pretty responsive coming out through the estimate but I since broke the chair again. I didn't use it for a while. The total bill was a lot higher than the big deal and it was down payment. We had several things repaired and refinished. They came out and got the furniture and bring it to their place to restore it. They took everything. I would say based on the cost the quality was okay. This is the first I have had furniture refinished and I thought the price was on the high side. The price would be 'B' but the service was pretty much 'A' with the lady who did the estimates and everything. I had a pretty good experience with them. I don't do this very often so I was a little shocked by the total but that was it. I think I will call them back to see if they can do the repeat on the chair."

"Reed was responsive and able to give me a quote on our job within a couple of days of my phone call.  He arrived to our house on time,  took accurate dimensions and made suggestions on our job.   Within a few days we had a detailed drawing and estimate.   The work was completed in his shop over the course of a week, then delivered and installed in our house in one day!   (Other carpenters I called said they would build and install at our house over a matter of weeks.)  Bogarts did not expect payment until the job was completed.  We are more than satisfied with the finished product.  The cabinets are beautiful and look exactly like the designer cabinets I was copying on houzz. <br />"

"I bought a kind of non traditional Amish table. The furniture was not traditionally Amish but it was done by the Amish craftsmen. The quality was excellent. The delivery actually happened before the time they had told me to expect it. Their quote and wood work were honestly breath-taking. I would highly recommend the sales person, but I don t remember her name. Their prices were better than several other people whom I had visited, their prices are pretty good."
