"Jeff and his team did and excellent job with the installation of two Daikin HVAC units. I had many questions about the units and install and they were quick and thorough in responding. The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. The responsiveness has always been good. They are responsive, but they try to work with me in the time frame. Depending on my schedule, and their schedule they try to accommodate my time frames. The punctuality when they are early they are on time and when they are on time they are late. They always come about 5- 10 minutes early so they're always on time. They are very professional. When I call up the office to the people who get here. They always call the day before and then they call like an hour before to tell me they're on their way. They are good about that. Everyone I've spoken to seems to be knowledgeable in their field. Everyone seems to have good experience and if they get a challenge they seem to know who to call to get answers. It flows very smoothly. It is a good company."

"It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."
