My bathtub is the original tub, and is 37 years old.  I contacted the company and was told that they would send someone to give me an estimate the next day.
Todd came at the scheduled time, assessed the damage, and answered all my questions and concerns clearly and concisely.
The next day, the office called and an appointment for installation was agreed upon.
Todd came right on time, clearly explained everything that he was going to do and completed the job in about 11/2 hrs.
The tub looks brand new at a small fraction of what it would have cost to replace it.
The ceramic tile surrounding the tub was not damaged in any way..I was given a 10 yr. warrantee, and advised how to care for the liner.

"I am so pleased with how this turned out. I had an estimate months before and it took a little while for the job to get rolling due to coordination issues with other subcontractors. I live in a co-op building in DC with lots of rules about redoing a bathroom, so I decided to use Miracle Method to refinish the walls and floor tile which would have cost several thousands more to remove. The technician was friendly and prompt, The only hiccup during work was that we had parking issues due to the city deciding to block off two streets around my building with zero notice. But we were able to get those resolved. The timeline changed a little bit prior to the job, and we had made hotel reservations (its our only bathroom and we would have no toilet), so communication could have been better on that front as we had to change our plans on short notice. But they were very easy to work with. The results were stunning-- my bathroom looks brand new. I am going to be hiring them again for the tile in my kitchen. I have also recommended them to several co workers who are doing remodels.

ASK ABOUT CARPET PROTECTION(the carpet has cell and the cell are open after cleaning, protection fill the cell and doesn't allow permanent stains). I called for clarification, he answered and said "it's in the second line"  I asked once more because I didn't understand what I read and he just kept saying " you read the second line"  That made me feel stupid so I said " OK  thank you".
The punctuality and work was good but the communication was the worst Iv'e seen in a long time.  
The reason I said no to using him again is because of this review.  After saying anything negative again I wouldn't want  him back in my house. 
I am a contractor on Angie's List too and if someone ask me about a small basic job I quote it verbally or send a personalized quote if needed.  That is just crazy to send me a blanket letter of prices and when I called to ask about it he just kept saying  "look at the email...   look at the email"

Luis was engaged the whole time and his very competent team leader, Carlos was always on site. We received a fair offer and they started right away, working 6 days a week until completed. We started with just the bathroom, but like them so much we added the basement remodel also. Luis and Carlos help us pick our colors, flooring and tile. They suggested better alternatives and tweak some others areas in our house at no extra cost. We highly recommend them and will use them again for some other projects when we do them in the future."
