"Replaced old HVAC system. Very knowledgeable team that provide competitive and comprehensive solutions. Great customer service and were in and out in one day with quality workmanship. We couldn t be more pleased!"

"This technician was amazing he made sure all repairs were completed from start to finish. A1 service with A1 customer service. I would recommend him and anyone working for him anytime."

"I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running—without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. They focused on resolving the actual issues instead of pushing for an unnecessary system replacement. I highly recommend Bluestar for their reliable service and Isaac’s thorough and knowledgeable work."

"JDL called within 30 min of placing my request and set up a visit. They evaluated my AC unit and agreed to repair, despite its age (more than 20 years old!). The cost was a fraction of a new unit. Their lead service tech, Isak, was great - knowledgeable, efficient and responsive to my questions. I was very impressed and will have them return for maintenance and service in the future."

"I AM BUYING A HEATER SERVICE CONTRACT FROM PETRO THIS YEAR."

"Brian and Ray did an outstanding job setting up my new HVAC system. They performed service above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend McCrea and these individuals looking for high quality HVAC work."

"The Buric team did a great job of installing two new HVAC systems in our house at a reasonable price.  This is a family run business, the owners of which take pride in their work and pay attention to detai. The Buric team was also able to add zoning our systems, where other contractors had said this would not be possible.  The work was completed in a timely fashion, and the team cleaned up nicely after itself.  We had two babies in the house, and the team took care not to disrupt their sleep schedules."

"Moises, the company owner, is incredible. I called 5 HVAC companies to get quotes for full system replacement, and MSR was not only the most responsive, but he came out the very next day. He gave me an incredibly competitive and fair quote for my project, and we immediately gave him our business. Unfortunately, our AC died before he could do the work, but he came out to our house at 6pm on a Friday to drop off a portable AC unit so we wouldn't sweat all night long. We thought we'd be stuck without central air for a few days, but Moises came and worked 9 hours on a Saturday to replace both our furnace and our AC unit. Afterwards, he even gave us a great price on a yearly HVAC maintenance plan. MSR is run by an honest, hard-working tradesman who understands what customers want and need. I won't hesitate to recommend him to friends or to anyone who needs HVAC work done."

"The Technician was knowledgeable of the situation; but the follow through is less than desirable. The appointment was not scheduled as confirmed. I requested a quote for an item to be repaired/or replaced and I had to call several times for the status. I will not be using this resource again and I will not be recommending this resource."

"Very customer service oriented, very knowledgeable, went beyond and above compared to other plumbers he had spoken with."
