"Chris and his crew did a fabulous job. They renovated both baths, part of the kitchen, installed two new doors, as well as a few other projects. The difference between Chris and so many other contractors is their customer service. First, how many times do you call a contractor and the either don t call back or if they do, don t show up. Chris immediately returned calls and always showed up on time. Next, he was quite helpful in helping us pick out the needed fixtures and appliances. Most contractors ignore this process but Chris met us several times at home improvement stores and spent hours with us to help us pick out what we needed. This is what really sets him apart from others. He has three people working for him and they were all great to work with. They were all very pleasant, did great work, and went out of their way to keep our house clean while working."

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."
