A prior heating company didn't fix the problem (intermittent rattling when heater was on) and wouldn't stand by their work so we called All Hours Air. Heather was so kind and understanding when I called to set up and appointment. Todd Upton came out to assess the problem. He said the rattling noise wasn't in the heater but in the duct work.
