Pressurization of the main water valve, pressurization of the hot water heater, repair of a bathroom pipe, installation of isolation valves, bath tub repair and following and checking everything was working properly. "Me Henry was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the whole situation to me and gave me all options and helped me choosing the best unit. My AC was leaking freon and was beyond repair. Initially Henry did his best to make it work and it worked only for two weeks and eventually we opted to replace our unit. Mr. Henry gave me the best quote and also adjusted previous repair cost towards new unit."

"As it turned out to be an A/C problem Rob didn't perform the service otherwise I'd have hired him for the repair on the spot. He explained our issue and assured me that there wouldn't be any worse water in our basement while we were away which relieved my concern. Rob also answered questions I had about our hot water heater. He was nice and knowledgeable. We'll definitely call him with our next plumbing project or problem.

"Promptly returned email regarding service request, on Saturday. Responded same day to repair 2Ton Geo unit (Waterfurnace). Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."
