"Great customer service! Josh and his team (Kevin and Chris - installers) were great from the first phone call until the house cooled down! Professional staff, took every precaution to keep our house clean while they worked, cleaned up afterwards....very customer focused. They met every timeline they provided. The ladies in the office staff were super friendly. Of note, it took a few days before we could get system installed. They delivered and installed window units in the den and bedrooms to get us through the hot days. All i all, a great experience and we can't recommend going anywhere else."

The installed unit required replacement, which was a little disconcerting since it was new; however, McCarthy replaced the entire unit (not merely a component)."

He walked us through the available options and fully answered our questions which made the decision easier. He also worked to take advantage of manufacturer discounts and to arrange the installation. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Matt, Paul and Jonathan arrived on time ready to work. They explained what they were going to do and started by insuring our house would be protected from removal of the old system. Everything that Fred Ouellette explained during the estimate visit a month earlier was right on. after the installation they took the time to explain the new thermostat until we were comfortable with operating it. After they left, I took one more look around the house and noticed they forgot to put putty around the opening of the house were the pipes and wire entered. i thought no big deal i'll just get some and do it myself, about an hour later, Matt rang the doorbell and said he saw the putty in the truck when he got back to the office and on his way home from a long days work stopped by to finish the job. Honest hard working people."
