"Weâ ve used Nickâ s. Plumbing for years. We moved recently and needed to replace the HVAC system. They started at 8am on Saturday and stayed until everything was installed at 11pm. There was a large firmware download that was required and there was still an estimated 2 hours left before the download was complete. They were willing to stay but I sent them home. The download finished but there was a problem preventing the unit from starting. Even though they do not normally work on Sunday Leonard came to our house and fixed the problem. "I was in the market for a water softener to which a sales person arrived to give me a quote. Infinity installs kinetico water treatment systems which is a proprietary system that you cannot work on. If you attempt to work on it yourself, you void the warranty of the system. They provided me with a quote of $3,600 for the softener, dechlorinator, and RO system which was a fair deal in my opinion. The only reason why I did no go with the company is that their service charge is $187 for each visit. That combined with the price of kinetico parts that are way more expensive than other brands. I m sure it s a great water softener, but the service charge fee is more then 3 times more than other competitors in the area."
