"Overall experience was fantastic. Wayne is honest and extremely knowledgeable. He has worked decades in the field installing water softener systems for other companies, and is currently often called to fix those systems. Quite simply put, having seen it all, he is passionate about installing reliable water softeners. He graciously took 2 hours in a free consultation to discuss the science behind different systems of water softeners. I had also met with other companies and was misled with false guarantees (no maintenance for 10yrs, better proprietary system, need for dual tank, etc). I had fact checked everything, and Wayne does not deviate from proven facts. His services are reasonably priced and installation was several days after. Installation went smooth and Wayne is strict and meticulous in his supervision. I would highly recommend Primary Solution Consulting to anyone looking for a quality install from an honest expert with reliable customer service, at a great price point."

"Couldn't be more pleased from the first phone call to the install, everything and everyone was very professional. We highly recommend Aquasystems for your water softener or reverse osmosis system."

"Excellent customer service, superior quality merchandise and expert installation by master service technician Matt. I purchased the whole house water softner package and the reverse/osmosis water purification system. No more bottled water. Healthy water that taste great. Yaay. Kay was extremely knowledgeable, personable and exhibited a great deal of integrity. She provided additonal support by scheduling a consultation with the installation technician to further explain the operation of equipment. Professional, proficient customer service, equipment and installation. An unbeatable combination."

"Weâ ve used Nickâ s. Plumbing for years. We moved recently and needed to replace the HVAC system. They started at 8am on Saturday and stayed until everything was installed at 11pm. There was a large firmware download that was required and there was still an estimated 2 hours left before the download was complete. They were willing to stay but I sent them home. The download finished but there was a problem preventing the unit from starting. Even though they do not normally work on Sunday Leonard came to our house and fixed the problem. He could have waited until Monday but we would have had a hot Sunday. Thatâ s customer service."

"The company came within 2 hours of contact and inspected my water heater. We received a quote before the plumber left. The next day, Jacob the plumber, followed up with me to see if I still needed their services. I called him back to let him know that I did. Within 2 hours he was back at my house to replace the water heater. He was done replacing the water heater within 2 hours! I haven’t had any issues since the repair. Thank you Plumbing System Pro for your awesome service!!"

"Very professional experience with their team. Got my system installed 6 months ago and everything has been working perfectly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a water system at home."

"I was in the market for a water softener to which a sales person arrived to give me a quote. Infinity installs kinetico water treatment systems which is a proprietary system that you cannot work on. If you attempt to work on it yourself, you void the warranty of the system. They provided me with a quote of $3,600 for the softener, dechlorinator, and RO system which was a fair deal in my opinion. The only reason why I did no go with the company is that their service charge is $187 for each visit. That combined with the price of kinetico parts that are way more expensive than other brands. I m sure it s a great water softener, but the service charge fee is more then 3 times more than other competitors in the area."

"Klaro Water Systems did an amazing job installing a new Puronics whole home water filtration and softener for my home. They were thorough and professional. The thing I appreciated the most was the time they took to really listen to my concerns about our water quality and provide the right solution for our home. A+++"

"John is very professional. Replaced valves for washing machine and fixed two toilet leaks. Definitely hire him for any additional plumbing work needed. Prompt and courteous."

"January 3rd, Attempted to chat online first with a representative. They were very responsive and able to answer my questions. Shortly after finishing the online chat, I received a call from their office to schedule the service. They were very accommodating of my schedule. The technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and knowledgeable, wore those plastic covers on their shoes. I needed the drains looked at in our upstairs bathroom but also asked them to take a look at the other bathroom, kitchen sink and backyard as I was noticing some stagnant water there. The Technicians were honest and up front - they diligently took care of the problem upstairs, told me everything else looked good elsewhere, showed me where grass had grown over the drainage from the back yard to the front, checked my water heater as a precaution. They were fair in their pricing and even offer a 5-year preventative maintenance plan that is extremely economical. I was absolutely happy with the service and would recommend JD Plumbing to anyone."
