"We contracted Campbell A/C to replace the ancient wheezy upstairs central A/C system that used R-22 (really, really expensive refrigerant now) that was here when we bought our house 3 years ago with a modern heat pump system. Doug Campbell was completely professional at all stages of our business with him & his employees. Now we have a good modern system with appropriate capacity (we requested the capacity increase) to face the SA for the summers in SA as well as efficient heat during the winters here. The incremental capacity cost was 5% increase in $$$ for a 20% capacity increase so it was a no-brainer. Doug Campbell is the kind of business owner we feel good about doing business with, a rare finding in today's society."
