"Horrible customer service and timing with this whole project of installing our water softener. Tech were always late by like 1-3 hours. We are on our 2nd Friday in a row and the work is still not done. The first Friday they showed up unannounced and the lady Dominique argued with me over the phone about her scheduling them. She was unprofessional and rude. The excuses they have for being late were Covid, warehouse was locked or a tech was not on time. Mind you we have to stay home all day and get nothing done because they need access to the house inside. The manager will not call me back. We have paid in advance and it?s been a mess. Work is still not done. Dominique still argues with us about excuses on why things are delayed. I could recommend this company to anyone. The techs that are here even said the office in San Antonio always get them in a bind with the homeowners and they have to take the raft of it all. Fix your customer service and stop calling customers the morning of to tell us there is a 3 hour delay and your techs show up 4 hours late and the work carries into another week."

"James and Jaime arrived at my residence with a professional and friendly demeanor. Their first impressions was consistent from start to finish. Upon there arrival they quickly assessed the work to be done and began replacing my old water softener with a new one. After completing the plumbing reconfiguration, James and Jaime gave me a tutorial to program the new water softener. When the work was completed, the two gentlemen picked the trash and carried away my old water softener. The cost for services was reasonable and the office will work with you on any questions regarding reasonable cost adjustments. I would use Aaron and Hager Plumbing (new business name soon to be "Eager Plumbing") for future plumbing needs."

"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. Plus, the price was more reasonable compared to "the big shower remodeling companies""

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"I hired Jessie Chaney Family Construction to remodel my kitchen and the job for two and half weeks . The result were horrible. One of the kitchen cabinet doors will not open because it hits the open handle . He installed butcher block counter top instead of applying stain and sealant before installing and out in the sink and then tried to stain around the sink and the wall tie. He must have lost interest because some areas of the countertop have two coats of finish and other have one stain and sealant are on the walls. The countertops look terrible when he installed the seat he smeared silicone caulk on the countertop on these areas will not accept the stain or ceiling. He offered to use a marker the color around the feet there is stain on the vinyl window frames. The cabinet trim does not set flesh with the cabinets and several places the trim is cut too short in some places there are large gaps between the trim and the wall . He did not tape off areas next to his painting so the hinges and the door knobs and have paint on . There are remnants of the old cabinets trim on the wall and he failed to remove."
