"The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."

He painstakingly took pictures of my system, took several measurements, and both asked and answered a myriad of questions in order to ensure I would have the right system installed. In addition, Curt told me to call or text him with any questions. When I did so, he answered me immediately. He provided me with different options to fit my budget, and made sure I was confident in my ultimate purchasing decision. When it was time for the installation to be performed, installers Bruce and Jeff were tops! They did their own evaluation, and made some observations and suggestions that helped my new system function optimally. I'm sitting in my warm house as I write this, with a great new HVAC system, and a company I can continue to rely on in the future to keep my new system running at it's best.
