"Andy and partner arrived within 2 hours of my request on Angi, diagnosed the issue with my broken hvac in 15 mins and ordered the parts for repair. 8am the following morning Andy called to advise the part would arrive at his office by 10:30 and he would be at my house at 11:30am to install and hung around to make sure unit was operating as it should testing output of each register. Thankfully the hvac is again working as it should as it is the middle of winter. Andy was efficient, honest, good communicator and fair in terms of cost. "Technician ( Mike McCabe) was friendly, courteous , excellent & professional. The service was provided on the next day after I called. They kept me informed concerning their arrival. The price for the repair ( including a Senior Discount + A $50 OFF coupon ) still did seem a bit high for the amount of work done, but I am not sure what the going rates are. Please note that Gold Medal was the ONLY company to respond to my request. I have used them a number of times in the past and my remarks above were fairly in line with past services. Overall, was very satisfied with the service."

"Excellent experience from start to finish. The booking person was prompt and knowledgeable. The service guys were professional and highly competent. They cleaned a very dirty, long and twisty duct expertly and thoroughly, as well as the interior ducts in the dryer. They suggested a replacement of a section of ducting that was crushed and in bad repair, they didnâ t push the point but suggested it for next time, but I asked them to do it then, which they did and the extra charge was very reasonable."
