"It went very well. Before my service guy Eric showed up, the company sent me his photo, advised they were following safe Covid practices and gave me an ETA for his arrival. Eric was very professional and he assessed that I needed a new thermocouple. Eric installed the thermocouple and had the furnace running again promptly. He also advised me that Arctic Air had a plumbing division when I was asking about replacing the hot water heater. "We just purchased a 2 family home less than a year ago. We had been smelling gas in our home near the chimney on and off. We called PSEG on 2 occasions, and on one trip they capped the line in the apartment, and the 2nd time they disconnected (what they thought at the time was) the gas line feeding the 2nd floor chimney, but it was the line for the 1st floor.
