Bassett Services has a special process for selecting individuals who can perform the technical functions that are required to service the equipment we sell and, most importantly, interface with our customers on a very professional level!

Beeco Softwater is family-owned and -operated business serving Englewood and the Greater Dayton area for over 50 years. Bill Beeler started the business as Beeco Plumbing in 1966. In 1972, the business became Beeco Plumbing Inc. In 1986, after selling different water softeners for several years, Beeco Plumbing Inc took on the dba name Beeco Softwater and also became a dealer for Hague Water Conditioning. In 2006, after 20 years as a Hague dealer, Beeco Softwater parted ways with Hague and began selling our own equipment, the Aqua Clean water conditioner, featuring the Clack valve. We were impressed with the high quality of the Clack product, the use of a turbulator in the resin tanks, and the dependability and long life of the unit. In 2008, Bill Beeler, while remaining with the company, stepped down as the president and turned the daily operations over to his son, Brian. Both Bill and Brian are state-licensed master plumbers and are currently the only installers of any equipment purchased or rented through Beeco Softwater.

The work was performed quickly, but they did have to come back and fix the drainage issue, as they had set the drain as one of the high spots in the basement, not the lowest. So, while it works, it looks odd and I’ve got a drainage tube in a weird spot."

The installer was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. We moved into our new home Dec 20, 2024 and Tri-State Waterworks installed the system on Monday Dec 23, 2024. I do not understand why anyone would have given them a bad review given our experience. Great team!!!"

"Repair has very bad service and untrustworthy! Called them to give an estimate on fridge repair. Charged for the house call to estimate but it does not come off of repair. I waited weeks for the parts to come in and I had to call to see if they ere in. The repair guy comes out and says the first guy did not find what was wrong I actually need an evaporator coil plus condenser plus heat pan. This alone is almost $3000 in repair estimate. So I wait weeks with no call then when I call back to see if they have the other part they say they cannot find it. I offered to look for it. In minutes I found the part and then they scheduled to come out and fix it. The guys come in and start to get the fridge out and stop and goes out to his vehicle and comes back with a waiver that looks like it was under his seat. They want me to sign off on if they damage my floor or anything while pulling out fridge and doing the repair. Of course I said no. This feels like a place trying to take advantage of a consumer and not taking the care to do things right."
