This was my third experience with JCo,  I called them last July when the AC quit working and then again in October when one of my indoor units stopped working.  Last July it was the same problem that had occurred when the unit was barely one year old.(2011)  The company who had sold and installed this LG ductless heat pump(which is no longer made) did the repair and did not charge me.  When it happened last year I called JCo after seeing the $29 charge for a service call. Each and every contact with Veronica in the office and both Reagan and Brian for repairs has been very pleasant.  Other than for this cleaning, LG parts (sensors) have been the problem for the system needing repairs.  I would recommend JCo if you need the services they provide.

"At every levels, Reynold Company is outstanding. They really care, not only doing the job right but also doing it with a smile. The customer service as well as the technicians and even those who help you to get a loan (one year without interest) seem to love their job. Four things had to be done recently in my place: - new central heating/ air conditioning - new electrical pannel - new smoke detectors - new outside lightings that I can activate with my phone. PS. "DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING ANY OTHER COMPANY!! Alpines electricians and installers and management are the kindest, hard-working, most competent people you could ever want. My heat pump died the week before this terrible life endangering heat wave. I am very elderly with several severe physical disabilities and live in a metal manufactured house which heats up better than my oven! Alpines kind management, when informed that the dog and I were on the verge of fainting in the house which was over 105 degrees inside, sent their installation team over the next day, despite their schedule being backed up. Alpines price was competitive and the equipment is highly rated. I am pretty certain Alpine literally saved my life, because I had nowhere else to stay or live and the temp is expected to go to 114 degrees this weekend. The two electricians, the two installers, the supervisors, and the owner were all cheerful, pleasant, and worked no-stop from about 8:30 am to 8 pm to get the new heat pump up and working beautifully with no problems or hitches. I made sandwiches for lunch and they barely stopped working long enough to eat and to rest a little. The temperature inside the house was close to or at 100 degrees, but they kept working. All the Alpine employees were kind people whom I felt very lucky to have in my house. I could write forever, but I could never fully express my gratitude to Alpines wonderful employees,"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"They did a great job. That solved our problem for now but we are going to have to replace the whole system and we have talked to him about that. We were happy with the service. They were very friendly. They came out in a timely manner and explained everything. They were very thorough and it was everything that we expected. There was nothing that we were not happy with. We were looking at $4-5,000 for a new system and we were not able to do that right away so he was able to get the system working. They haven’t called us back regarding the new system but they were on time when they came. We would use them again."

"We used Aegis Cleaning Services twice. They did a fine job. I would certainly say yes, I'll recommend them. They came 3 weeks or so but that was because of me more than them, I was not in town or something. They came out and contacted me right away. The price was okay. The special was one thing but their regular pricing is another. They were real good about their punctuality and very professional."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
