As a result, we were without water in our kitchen for a couple days. Eagle Plumbing was able to provide a quick appointment date. "Job was done and very neat young plumber was getting ready to leave when I, the dumb, gullible, non-thinking victim, flushed the upstairs toilet. And what should come down through the ceiling but another flood (clean water this time)! So back to square one. A nice neat rectangle of drywall ceiling was removed, the split drain pipe connecting the toilet to functional drain pipe was removed and replaced, the room's 2-bulb light fixture was somehow broken, the mess was nicely/neatly cleaned up, and I was left to find somebody to replace ceiling drywall and paint. American Eagle himself appeared promptly within a day or 2 to replace light fixture that did not exactly fit over original electrical outlet box (more work for drywall person)."
