"This review is more than a year overdue, but I was very happy and satisfied with the job done by Brick Restoration Inc. I had a plumbing leak (frozen pipe break) in the wall behind the kitchen sink, and the repair could only be made from the outside wall of the house. BRI quoted me a very fair price for brick removal and restoration. When it came time restore the hole in the brick, BRI came back out and filled in the hole with all new bricks. Since it is nearly impossible to find the same kind of bricks, their brick layer was very skilled at painting the bricks to match the existing bricks. I was very happy with the work that was done. I will call BRI again if I ever need brick more brick work done."

"Had my 11 YO full stucco house with several cracks and few more serious stucco issues. Efrain came to evaluate and we agreed on the extent of the job which included repair of several walls applying a mesh with base coat, texture, primer paint and finally have the full house repainted. This included soffit, gutters and down spouts. Efrain even provided cleaning all the windows and power wash the driveway. I have to admit it was a nice surprise. The house looks now even better than when we first built it 11 years ago. Efrain does follow up on his promise and the quality of the job is unmatched."

"These guys are AWESOME! I almost wonder if these guys are angels sent from Heaven to help me get my house in good repair because they were certainly an answer to my prayers. I will absolutely hire them again. They can handle it ALL! We hired a heavy timber craftsman to build a small truss porch for us after we’d torn off a large covered sundeck from the back of the house, but the timber carpenter did not do shingle or cornice work. So, we hired The Peraltas to finish out the construction of the porch and tie the porch roof line into the house. The Peraltas carpenters did EXACTLY what we asked them to do! They built up the truss porch roof with a rafter overlay, added roof decking, flashing, and shingles. This allowed the roof of the porch to have fascia board to tie into the house’s fascia board. The Peraltas carpenters removed all the old siding and insulation from the back of the house and replaced it with new insulation, new backer board and Tyvek wrap, and they installed Hardie siding on the exterior of the house. They replaced all the fascia board and soffits boards with Hardie material, too. They installed a new 70” x 70” window, replaced a 5’ wide set of French doors with a 6’ wide set (which required some re-framing), they removed a small kitchen sink window and framed the wall to close that former window space, and they installed and framed out a new 5’ wide bay window. Installation of this new bay window required some plumbing to be re-routed in the wall – no problem, The Peraltas have plumbers that did a great job. Installation of this bay window also required some electrical work inside as well as some demolition of kitchen area, which they handled perfectly. They added some light fixtures to the back porch as well as some exterior electrical outlets and they finished off the job by painting the siding, soffits and facia boards (the timbers and doors are going to be stained later). These guys worked in the cold and drizzle to get this job done. They worked in muddy conditions to get the job done. They were on time, cleaned up after working, hauled off all of the trash. and raked and swept their work area. They are respectful, courteous, and take pride in the quality of their work. It is my hope that they will take on my kitchen and staircase remodeling projects."
