They kept drywall cutting as small as possible, and they cleaned up their work-sites. I found the price fair, particularly given that three plumbers worked for three hours of overtime, and they started working as soon as they came in the door. The fact that they came the same day because it was an emergency was PRICELESS. I'd contacted half a dozen plumbing services who told me I'd have to wait anywhere from two days to a week or longer without heat or water ... in January."

"This is a great company.  We called them on an emergency basis due to our main sewer line backing up and overflowing into our house.  They came out on and snaked the line and got the water draiing again.  The owner, Steve, came out the next day due to the clog not being completely removed.  He put a camera in the line and diagnosed the problem - a lot of tree roots.  He then proceeded to work his tail off for two hours to clear the roots.  I know the line will eventually need to be replaced, but at least he bought us some time.  Now we can financially plan for the line replacement.  In the meantime, Atomic Rooter will be back once a year to prophylactically snake the line so we don't have any further sewage floods - Yuck!"

"I spoke to the company owner Lou Schede on Sunday and we scheduled one of his service technicians to meet me on Monday. I informed him I would like to receive at least one hour notification prior to the person arriving for the appointment. The next day I received a text from the service technician named Kelroy. He later called me an hour in advance of arriving for the service call as Lou had committed to do. Kelroy and his helper went on to diagnose and repair the furnace issue in timely manner.
