As with any project communication between homeowner and business is vital and Tony was superb throughout the entire project. Tony has a keen eye when it came to vision and style, he provided excellent input and made great suggestions. I always ensure the quality and take pride in my work. I am a licensed business owner, bonded and insured. I believe in “flat rate” pricing for the client versus an hourly rate, that way the client knows exactly the cost up front. An exception is for small assembly work, we have an hourly rate. I have lived and worked my business in the same general area for 40 years and I can assist you with any job. Like I always say, I do " a little bit of everything"!

The two-man team of Vasquez did as instructed and also fixed some old shoddy work that was in the way of the new duct and wiring. They used good materials and did good work at a good price. They were also very respectful of my home, keeping the mess contained and cleaning up after. I would hire again."
