"What can I say? Avi is a careful, meticulous and professional Owner Operator. Our bathroom was a horrendous purple tiled bathroom from the 50s that was in desperate need of a quick facelift. Avi did his magic and turned the bathroom a pristine white. The bathroom looks new. One of the things I most appreciate from Avi was his attention to detail, communication style and neatness. He was careful to mask everything in the bathroom and also mask off doorways to contain any stray dust or fumes that managed to escape from the bathroom during spraying. I highly recommend Avi if your bathroom needs a facelift."

"Jay did a great job on installing a dog door. He also changed a shower pipe and shower head. Both jobs were done perfectly and he cleaned the areas where he did the work. I was worried that the door will get ruined and look ugly , but I was mistaken , the door looked just perfect. Jay and his employee were honest and respectful ."

"Ty Salazar is a nice guy, very knowledgeable, and a great kitchen designer. The work that eventually got done was of high quality, and his people were very responsive to our requests. The problem was in the scheduling and timing. Essentially, Ty seemed to lose touch with the project about halfway through, and that's where it all went south. We had timed everything so that the work would get done over the summer and we'd have a functional (if not 100% complete) kitchen by Labor Day, after which the kids would be back in school and we needed a working kitchen. I asked about this repeatedly and was repeatedly told that this would happen. I pushed hard to get all of the materials and appliances ordered so that they would be delivered on time. Well, we went away for 2 weeks before Labor Day, and when we got back, the work was nowhere near complete -- yet I was invoiced for the completion of the project. Several times I asked for a project schedule, not once was I given one. I gather that part of the problem was that we had to have permits for plumbing and electrical work and the "prima donna" behavior of the licensed plumber and electrician, who didn't show up when they were supposed to, left jobs uncompleted, etc. At any rate, we didn't have a working kitchen until late September, and the finishing cosmetic work took another few weeks to finish up. The final piece of the puzzle, a shelf that had to be custom made for a corner base cabinet, wasn't ready until January, and I got so tired of waiting for it to be delivered that I went out to Forest Hills myself to pick it up. No question about it, we love the new kitchen. But I was really not happy with the timeliness or the lack of communication over the scheduling."

"See above.  Other than being misled by the offer, ie-not realizing that the reason for the appraisal was to obtain a mortgage only, I have no way to rate this service.  Please note, we did not use this service and have nothing negative or positive to say about this company.  Angie's List ought to have an Overall Rating for NA, like they do for the specifics.

"The new lighting works perfectly and looks great. It was a father-son team; they worked steadily from 9-1:00. Sometimes I found communication awkward, not for these jobs but for trying to assess how I can best use them in the future. They don't have any printed material or business cards. Excellent for homeowners who know what they want done; the promotion was a great price but otherwise I wouldn't use them for things I could do myself."
