"We have used Doug 2 other times before, and had nothing but great experiences with him. When our pipe froze, he immediately came out to assist. And when I say immediately, I mean 11:30 PM.  We had hoped to see him in the next day or so, but he came that evening. We were more than appreciative.  The job required him to come back the next morning to complete, and he was here less than 10 hours later. We were without water for less than a day thanks to Doug.  I cant begin to tell you how professional he is, he took the time to explain why this occurred, what would prevent it in the future, and what to expect going forward.  With Doug, everything is above board, and there are no hidden costs.

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"I called for a leak near my shower.  Had spread into the adjacent room and I was concerned about the floor below.  Originally contacted Bamford Plumbing but due to scheduling issues was referred to Aqua.  The person who answered the phone was very professional and was able to schedule me early the next week.
My grade on the punctuality has to do with my plumber being dragged away to a local Burger King where a line had burst, flooding the restaurant.  He apologized and actually ended up swinging by the house during his drive back to get parts for the Burger King job.  He quickly diagnosed the problem which ended up requiring a minor adjustment.  Due to the delay and the minimal nature of the issue, he did not charge me for the service.  I will be using Aqua again, specifically because despite his late arrival, he kept me in the loop as to his legitimate reasons for the delay.  Some services I've dealt with in the past will turn into a black hole, becoming unreachable and giving no explanation.

"Incredible service! I called Monday morning at 7am and my 12pm I had a new heater fully installed! Earl/Frank came out within an hour of my call despite being short staffed. He completed the job single-handed, only have the assistance of the parts guy to carry the heater in and over my washer/dryer. Nice guy to talk to, but most importantly, his work was flawless. "They replaced the part and adjusted some settings so that the a/c would shut off rather than flood the basement were the condenser to break again. The most noteworthy part of their service was their responsiveness. The auto-shut-off led the outside compressor to malfunction and only blow air rather than cool the house. We called them back, and they came right away and fixed everything for no charge. There should have been no charge, of course, but some companies might have tried anyway. Everything now works perfectly. They have earned our business with their professionalism, ability to diagnose and fix problems and, above all, commitment to customer service. I recommend them highly."

"As it turned out to be an A/C problem Rob didn't perform the service otherwise I'd have hired him for the repair on the spot.  He explained our issue and assured me that there wouldn't be any worse water in our basement while we were away which relieved my concern.  Rob also answered questions I had about our hot water heater.  He was nice and knowledgeable.  We'll definitely call him with our next plumbing project or problem.

"Great service. My former Jiffy repairman, Pete, is no longer doing gas log repair. He assured me the new guy would do just as good a job. He was right. Shaun was wonderful. He cleaned the logs thoroughly, explaining everything he was doing, and gave me good tips on maintenance. He also replaced the non-working remote!! I'd given up hope of that, since our log set is almost 20 years old. We had been lighting the logs manually, which was a pain. Not only that, Shaun noticed that the Piezo igniter was broken, and said he would order the part and come back to reinstall once it arrived. He's a super nice guy too, and keeps a clean workspace and always wears shoe covers, which I really appreciate. I couldn't be happier with Shaun. I'd also like to give a shout out to the scheduler, Stefan, who always let me know in a timely fashion when Shawn was coming, and is very responsive to schedule changes. Many thanks to both guys."

"Promptly returned email regarding service request, on Saturday. Responded same day to repair 2Ton Geo unit (Waterfurnace). Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."
