"Walter and Kevin repaired an upstairs shower that was leaking to the downstairs ceiling. The ceiiling needed to be refinished because of the water stqains that resulted from the leaky shower. The entire job was done in one day. When finished the ceiling looked as if nothing had happened to it. An outstanding job at a reasonable price!!!"

Small jobs welcome

"Our roof is finally fixed properly. This is the third company that we have used for the same leak over a period of several years. Doug & his crew knew the correct repair necessary & so far, so good. We've not had much rain, but can see that our roof is water tight now. The crew was professional, knowledgable & easy to work with. They did a good job cleaning up the work area. Would definitely recommend ShorePro Construction."

"Painters arrived exactly on time and accomplished all tasks the same day. The manually stripped the deck and applied two coats of stain. They carefully cleaned and then painted the foundation concrete as it had got dirty over the years. They also scraped, caulked and painted a large bump-out window off our living room.

"The Mission Remodeling team was incredible. I'm not going to get into all the details of our kitchen remodel, powder room remodel, and family room update because that would take pages. I just want to say that they were dedicated professionals who really cared; were patient with us on making countertop, backsplash, and paint choices; exhibited true craftsmanship; and it was a pleasure to have them working on our home. It's been a few weeks since the job was completed and each day when we see the new rooms we still can't believe how remarkable it all looks and how happy we are with it."

"I had the initial consultation with Ephraim aka JR, the owner. He was very kind and reasonable. He sent a worker out two days later. A young man who did a good job. J.R. just tell that young guy to pull those pants up, please. ;) Nonetheless, I am planning to have them come do a few other things in my home after my porch and deck is completed in the next two weeks. JR, my family and I are appreciative of you. Thanks for your company's service."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Stevensville, MD

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
