"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.  
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.

"I don't have enough good things to say about Rob. He was friendly and knowledgeable from first contact. He was able to come out the same day and give an accurate quote. He kept in contact until the day of the install. He arrived on time on the day of the install and finished promptly. He had to climb over the washer and dryer AFTER it was stacked in the closet to complete the install. Rob brought all the tools and pieces necessary and left no mess. Rob was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him without reservation. His prices were fair for the amount of work he did and I will definitely use him in the future should we need."

"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"I cannot recommend Mark more! We called him for a dishwasher installation and pipe repair. He quoted us reasonably - and was generous with his work and time when what we thought was a simple job turned out to be much more complicated. He was absolutely a pleasure to work with - communicative about the issue and his solution, flexible with scheduling, and just an all-around nice guy. "Frank Tedeschi and his men did an amazing job. The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. We are more than delighted with the result! Frank and his crew had previously done a great job stripping and refinishing a large mid-century book/display shelf for us."

"We hired Statewide to repair a leak in our ceiling and to change our shower fixtures and replace tiles in our shower. I contacted Juan and he promptly returned my call and came to our house to give us an estimate. Juan is very professional and he and his crew were excellent and fixed everything that needed to be done in one day. Our ceiling leak was repaired and our bathroom looks amazing. "Had them remove the large old-school house fan and install a drop-down ladder in it's place. Overall great work. There was one day when the workers came a few hours late, but that happens and is understandable. The only part (which was my error I'm sure) that I was unhappy about was the painting of the door and surrounding ceiling was not included in the price - but I am pretty sure I told about it and simply forgot which was another $250. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

He appreciated my need to update but yet maintain the character and charm of the house.  This was the only shower so he also worked quickly to reduce the inconvenience.  Brian also accommodated some changes I wanted to make that were not in the original plan. We still own this house as a rental property and that bath has withstood some tenant "mishandling", and still looks and works just as well as when it was completed in 2007.

We are currently about to begin work with Wood-N-Dreams this month (April 2014) on our master bath in our new home,.  Brian's  extensive knowledge of the industry has been very helpful as we design this next bath.
