"Excellent service! Prompt service, fair pricing, and very professional. Would highly recommend!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The entire process could not have gone more smoothly.  I called Stephen and he returned my phone call within the hour.  I described the area that I wanted to have cleaned and he came out the next day to give me a free estimate.  His estimate was reasonable and he was able to accommodate my schedule by coming out to do the clean up the next week.  He arrived promptly at 8:00 am - the agreed upon time - to let me know that he was there and if there were any last minute changes to the job.

He did a fantastic job and cleared away all of the brush, debris, etc.  Even better, I was only to send the payment provided I was satisfied with his results!  Who does that these days??

I would recommend Stephen to anyone and will certainly use his services in the future."

"Our experience with All Phases Mechanical has been excellent. On the first occasion we used APM, we lost heat during a cold snap in the middle of winter. We called in the morning and a technician arrived that afternoon and quickly determined that not only was our 20 year old furnace in need of expensive repairs (which a friend of ours in the construction industry validated), but continuing to run it would potentially result in a carbon monoxide hazard to my family. Carl gave us clear options and helped us understand benefits (rebates, no interest loans, etc.) that are available from the state to assist families in our predicament. We decided to move forward with a new furnace and Carl's team installed it the next day. On the second occasion, APM helped us our central air conditioning system. Again, Carl sent a technician who arrived promptly the same day, who determined that the air conditioning system was fine but it wasn't working properly due to faulty wiring. He quickly fixed it and was on his way - all at no charge. I can't say enough about All Phases Mechanical. If you're looking for a local company that cares about its customers (and understands that heating and cooking problems need to be addressed quickly), All Phase Mechanical is the company you should use."

"This team services all our restaurant business equipment, our rental property systems and our home systems. They are very reliable, on time and trust worthy."

"Prompt service, clear explanation of the work that was done. We bought a condo and had no idea if or when the ducts were last cleaned, but my husband and I both had an uptick in allergies after moving in so we thought duct cleaning was worth a try. It seems to have helped."

"It went well. The new unit generates more than enough heat for that area. Very satisfied with his work. This is the third time I have used WTPI. When I purchased this house the furnace was not working (we knew this), They installed a new furnace and a separate hot water unit, all natural gas. We had a water problem in the cellar, the furnace was ok but the electronic control for the water heater was damaged. They replaced this within hours. Have always had a good experience with this company."

"At last, a company where Customer Service is an TRUE AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE and not just a department or empty promise. After about a year and during some very heavy rain,I had an overflow from one of my upper gutters and made call to Vista expecting to be either put off with excuses or whatever. I promptly received a call back from Brian, who I believe was the owner, who arranged to come out and inspect the problem, which he did. He identified that the gutters I had on that side of my home, and the steep slant of my roof were not sufficient to deal with flow of a very heavy downpour and suggested I install a 6" gutter and gutter guards. I was expecting to get a large estimate for the replacement of the 28 feet of 6" gutters and guards . I was amazed and grateful when Brian stated that as customer/vendor gesture he would replace everything FREE OF CHARGE. How many companies today would do that?. This job has now been completed . Will highly recommend them."

"Air Scrubbers Inc. sent two of their representatives Steve and Dave who arrived at my home at the appointed time. Steve and Dave demonstrated excellent customer service skills, pin pointed the problems with the central air system, solved the problems and offered recommendations to insure the central air system continues to operate efficiently. I was 100% pleased with the services Steve and Dave provided. In the days that followed the cleaning services they provided was very noticable.  The central air system is quieter, cools much quicker, and the air is cleaner. I would highly recommend Air Scrubbers Inc. especially (Steve and Dave) to anyone having a problem with central air system. Air Scrubbers Inc. does an excellent job. Thank you Steve and Dave.
Irma.
