"Tuesday, February 7, 2023, CW (Charles Waterman) of Commercial Home Services In Camdenton Missouri, installed a new thermostat for the furnace in my house in Eldon Missouri. After he had left the thermostat wasnâ t working correctly, so I called him the next day to see if he could return and take a look at it. Over the next few days I contacted him several times. Apparently he had a very busy week, but first thing Monday morning February 13, 2023 he called me back and said that he would go by the house that morning and take a look at the thermostat. He found the thermostat was working but the furnace had several problems which he informed me would be fairly expensive to repair. I have decided to replace the furnace which is over 30 years old with a heat pump. Charles has been courteous and very helpful. I appreciate what heâ s done for us and would recommend him."

"Tap Heating and Cooling came while I was at work and my wife was home taking care of our newborn.  The technician, Jeff, was very polite and very quiet as well (as we had a newborn sleeping) which I found to be amazingly courteous.  He performed the cleaning and inspection of our furnace very quickly and efficiently.  When Jeff was finished, he let my wife know the the circuit board was mounted improperly, but that he went ahead and took care of it as it was a very simple fix.  As well, a filter was included in this service.  I had recently replaced our filter (not realizing I was going to take advantage of this awesome Angie's List deal) and he let my wife know that the filter was still good and that he left a new one next to the furnace for next time.  We recently moved here, but Tap Heating and Cooling is for sure my go-to in the area from now on as they showed nothing but professionalism, honesty, and courteousness while in my home.  Thanks Jeff and Tap Heating and Cooling, I'll see you in summer for my A/C tune up!

He brought all samples to our home to make choices. He was patient, knowledgeable, and overall, very pleasant to work with. Ben and Kellan performed the work on the project. They were very professional, and extremely hard working! They literally took lunch breaks and other than that worked the entire day without breaking. They were quiet as can be, they didn't have any music playing or even receive private phone calls. They cleaned up after themselves each evening before they left. Extremely pleasant to have in our home. They kept us informed along the way and paid attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with the end results, job well done. "Don patched up the furnace on initial visit so we could keep house at a safe temp while prepping for total unit replacement. Don was very knowledgeable in explaining the latest technology in HVAC replacement and also utilizing available rebates from electric company. New unit is unbelievable how much less it costs to run and it can make our summer home a meat locker on the hottest day, fast. On time work, very respectful of our home and just an all around “good person”. Really liked Don and his work, will definitely use him again."
