"Friendly and courteous contractor. He came out and provided estimate on wooden fence repair and was informative and detailed in his recommendation. Our 20 year old fence was leaning onto our neighbor’s fence and knowing we would move in several years, only to wanted to straighten the fence and not replace it. Other fencing contractors were telling us we needed to replace the entire side costing us any where from $4000 to $15000!! We only wanted to straighten it and not replace. Brett actually listened to us before advising us of our options and fixed the leaning fence at a fraction of the cost!! He provided a reasonable estimate and availability to complete the project. He not only straightened our fence but also braced it to straighten both our fence and our neighbors’. Great service, great craftsmanship, and when project was done, fence looked 100% better! Highly recommend him!"

"Made an appt. with Castle Rep, James, for 17 windows and vinyl siding. He spent 1 hour talking about how great his company and windows are before finally getting down to the issue. We were told that CASTLE makes and services their own window, with all the best technology and technicians available. The price per window for energy efficient came out to over $1,200 per double-hung window! And since they make their own products, we could not find a way to compare quality and price with other manufacturers. But his per-window price exceeds the average price of $500-700 by A LOT! When we balked, he made a call to his "manager" to see if we qualified for a "special promotional" discount. If we were to commit right there on the spot, we would get an additional 10% off! Still way to high. We said we would think about it (he got sad and snippy), and that we wanted to hear about the vinyl siding quote before we made any decisions. He told us he could not give us a siding quote until his company did an "eagle view" measurement, which would require another appointment! We had no intention of sitting through ANOTHER high-pressure appointment. High pressure, long-drawn out presentation and he would not leave us with anything in writing! No brochures, prices, nothing! He refused to put anything in writing and we could not have a break down of labor and costs. I even asked him if I could have a copyhh of the window warranty and he said "only if you purchase right now." And they did not come prepared with references or previous job locations! When we further researched the company, we found they did make very excellent products, but the #1 complaint was by far that they did not honor their lifetime warranty and that customer service was horrible. In the end, we chose not to do business.."

"They were a excellent company! They weren't the cheapest but not the most expensive. 

We interviewed about four different groups they were the most professional front start to finish We like to pay as we go and they we fine with doing 10 at a time then 9 at a time. They were very helpful when it came to working with our home association because we had to get a variance since we were changing the colors of the outside window. 

They sent a crew of two people father and son and they were like clock work it was incredible how fast they got the work done. They left the place cleaner then they found it. Cleaned the windows, vacuumed and cleaned up around outside. If anything goes wrong they will replace it, they actually built the windows here."

"Everthing decor was removed from walls. Then after plaster repair on all ceilings and painting, everthing was returned. Cleaup was immaculate."

"Business owner Nathaniel is totally professional who does something that other contractors in this town do not and that is show up on the job site before, during, and after the work. He wants to know if you're satisfied. Imagine that. His painter Wayne is the best I've ever known personally. You will not see one brush stroke or roller hesitation. They painted the master bedroom in 2 days! Ceiling, walls, trims, closet doors. Beautiful. No radios, no cellphone, no dawdling. They actually enjoy what they do. I shouldn't share them with you! They've done 3 projects for us; interior and exterior work and they did a great job."

"Jamie is conscientious and committed to get the job done right. He went out of his way to do the extra little things to make the job complete without being asked. He repaired the framing and trim on our 57 exterior doors and windows, He also repaired our roof and painted the trim and deck handrail. The quality of his work was excetional and the cost was very reasonable and below our other bids. We will definitely hire Jamie again and recommend him highly."
