"Premier Entry Systems was quick to respond to my request for an initial quote for the work. I was impressed by their reviews on Angie's List and they exceeded my expectations. The gentlemen who installed the garage openers and gate opener were professional and helped us to understand how to operate both. When the solar panel failed to generate enough power to operate the gate and the clickers failed (yes we tried to reset), they were quick to fix the situation. I was truly impressed with their level of professionalism and courtesy. I would not hesitate to use them in future and would highly recommend them. <br />"

"My garage door was open and I couldn't get it down with the control or manually. I called Overhead and was told someone would come within two hours. The repairman was at my door in about 45 minutes. He repaired the cable and oiled the door. He was neat, courteous, and efficient. I felt the charge was right. <br />"

"Came out same day I called and made temporary repair until parts came in so we could get in and out of garage. Came back and replaced spring when it came in. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Very reasonably priced."

"It went pretty good but there are/were problems with the install. The astragal on the bottom of the door continues to roll-up as the door closes. A crew returned to address this issue but it still exists."

"Our warranty is through Landmark Home Warranty and they have been difficult. It’s not that they are bad home warranty thing, it just that they did something and the communication was incredible poor. They gave us their market value, they gave us everything. We had a microwave that died on us and they gave us all that. It’s just that microwave died three weeks ago and we just got information that they were going to replace it but they said we needed to pay our deductible when we had paid our deductible, but the people who had come out and was servicing it did not turn the deductible into them. They weren’t going to do anything until they got that deductible when they came after us saying you haven’t paid it and you are not getting anything until we get paid when we had. It’s not that they have been nasty or anything like that, it’s just a little poor communication. They have done everything they said they were going to do and they are very pleasant however their communication and time lapse misinformation has been kinda. The warranty service is $70 for when you have a call out. It’s $550 a year, but, of course, the first year has been paid for by the seller so that’s my problem. We looked and that’s average of what they are all are and we went ahead and dealt with them. They have been pretty good but they have been difficult to get the two companies coordinating. They got lucky, they went ahead, I understand this, when they go to give you an appliance it comparable to what you got. They go as low wall as possible because they are not going to give you anything other than the absolute basic equivalent of what you had. They got lucky because that basic one happens to be top rated as far as consumer rated went. So all was well in the end and everything is turning out fine. Had it been something in bigger deal in another type of situation lowballing your replacement value give you much inferior quality."

"The people I worked with were fantastic. They were very polite and very efficient. They got the job done. Somehow one of the doors came in from the factory with a ding in it. They replaced it right away and within a week the other one was ordered and back at my house. They were fantastic and the experience was excellent. The quality of the work was fantastic. The price was comparable pretty much to everyone else in town. I might have been able to get it for a couple of hundred dollars less, but it was fine."

"I was needing major repairs for my 2 overhead shop doors. Angie's List provided me with 4 companies in Wichita Falls (about 25 miles from my residence). After checking reviews, and going with the one which seemed to be the best, I chose Texhoma Door and Gate. When I called, I was told that they would get back to me early the next day, or as soon as they were available. Around 2:00 PM that same day, they called back and said they could here at 2:30 if okay with me. At 2:30, David and Kahler arrived at my place. After a thorough "triage" of my doors, and the motors on each, I was told that one motor was no longer serviceable and the other needed cleaning and a new switch. Since I was locked in, or our, without the new opener, I gave them the go-ahead and they went to work. In 2 hours, the work was done. They had replaced the one new opener, cleaned the other, replace chains, replaced wall switches on both doors, programmed the new remote, cleaned up all trash/old parts, etc., and were ready to go. They were absolutely marvelous in their work, knowledge of their job, and professional attitude toward their job. The rate was very reasonable for the job done and distance travelled. David came back 2 days later and brought me a new, universal remote for the old opener, programmed it and was on his way. If I ever need service for my overhead doors, there will only be one number to call. Thank you Texhoma Door and Gate."
