Mike was able to give me a quote over the phone with just a few photos (we knew it needed to be replaced due to where it was leaking from...this was an expected replacement). While other companies were charging $2500-$3000 (a $700 water heater and an hour or two of work) , Mike offered me a very fair quote and saved me a ton of money AND time. Mike was friendly and to the point with the repair. He had an apprentice Eli with him, who was very kind & playful with my toddler.
