"Had a sump, perimeter gutter and vapor barrier installed. Took a couple of days over the estimate due to very well constructed concrete floor. Steven, Johnny and Chris were very personable and professional. They were extremely disappointed when they were unable to hit the estimate due to the concrete being difficult to jack hammer, but they came back and worked hard and got it finished. They were as clean as one can be when dealing with concrete and drywall. Very considerate about our property as a whole and walked me through their progress every day. Would recommend."

"It went very well. I called them on a Tuesday (the day after the plumber alerted us to the problem that caused frozen and broken pipes). They sent someone to examine the crawl space on Thursday. We accepted the estimate and put us on the schedule a week later -- much sooner than we expected given how many problems the cold weather had allowed to come to the fore. Workers arrived promptly on the scheduled day and did the work in two days as indicated in the proposal. They put down plastic so they wouldn't track dirt into the house. They were clean, friendly and professional."

"We initially contacted Jaco to fix a leveling issue with our driveway that was causing water to pool up. Josh Goodman came out and was very straight forward. He doubted that leveling the driveway would fix the issue. He suggested instead to install a Box Drain and run it into our current French Drain system. After a little more research we decided on a 3' long channel drain. It took a while from the initial contact in the Spring to getting an estimate in July but then the job was performed a month later in August. After the installation the Channel Drain worked perfectly. Also, the drain itself was installed very well. Our issue was with the installation of the plastic pipe which carried the water to our French Drain. The trench was dug unevenly then poorly filled. The result was a sharp dip all along the drain pipe; like a reverse "speed bump". Also where the pipe connected to the French Drain was not buried deep enough causing the pipe to be exposed. When I called Josh he came out to look at it then I heard nothing. A week later I called Josh and he said it looked fine to him. After a 5 minute discussion he agreed to send a crew out to fix it. 3 weeks later..no crew so my wife and I spent 4 hrs. relaying the drain pipe and filling it in properly. So, I give Jaco an A for the concept and the installation of the Channel Drain and an F for the installation of the drain pipe and overall Customer Service."

"The craftsmanship and finished product is an A. I question the follow through and the professionalism, I'd have to give that a D. It was a good price, we did have to do some haggling. My wife didn't get what she wanted on the front porch and she was furious about it. I understood why. He could have followed through on the quote that he gave us, the drawing that was signed off, and agreed upon. If he had adhered to that and done that, he would have had an A."

"The job foreman I'll call him "J" performed his job well. However, he was having several bad days in a row and was constantly upset at the sales people and it showed. It was not very professional. Carlos, the person that did most of the heavy work did a fine job. The job took longer than expected and they had to use a couple of different crews to get the job done. Clean up was not very good. I had a lot to do when they left. I waited quite a while to submit my report because I wanted to see if their work would last. I just looked at the basement floor where they poured the concrete to fill in where they laid the drain. The concrete has cracks in it every three or four feet.I also have a floor drain that I don't think drains into the sump pump anymore. Howevver, after reading the warranty I find that the warranty has so many loopholes that I don't think it covers much of anything."

"Tom was very responsive and was very easy to work with. He was very flexible in meeting with me and my wife to discuss everything before the work was started. He even taped up a crack in a piece of siding when first looking over the house. <br /> There were some spots in the roof that weren't as flat as I would have liked, Tom fixed one spot and had a couple workers come back and fix other spots. The two workers left without having me double-check the repairs, which was a bit odd, but they seemed to do a pretty good job fixing the uneven spots. So far the roof seems to be performing well. <br />"

"Went well but previously gave a review of only a B because masonry work was not completed. As a result of that report, they contacted us and fixed the problem. We would recommend them. Very good workers. <br />"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Sulphur-springs, IN

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
