Get matched with top geothermal heating or cooling system installers in Sunland, CA

"We hired AC Dave to install a heating & cooling unit, after using them for our old unit's maintenance for years. It was a unit that. went on the roof, so installation was no small task. They did a fantastic job, kept the area clean, were extremely courteous, and we felt like we were hiring family to help us out. They pulled all of the permits which cost extra of course, but it saved us the hassle of dealing with the city and handled the post work city inspections."

"I can't possibly rate this company high enough. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the office staff and the professionalism and promptness of my service person, Chris. My preventive maintenance window was from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Chris arrived at 10:00 a.m. He set about to check out my A/C system, added R22 (is it still called Freon?) coolant and cleaned my A/C unit. What was also refreshing is that I did not get a hard sell for any additional products, services or systems.  I am a new customer and will be a repeat customer. I asked if they also maintain and service heating units and received a yes answer. They will see me again for sure."

"Albert was very polite, helpful and showed me some easier ways to maintain my system. He also offered suggestions on how to best utilize the 2 systems we have to best advantage. I was notified when he would arrive (along with a photo), then an update (as he was early), and work was completed in a timely, efficient manner. I would definitely use Southland Heating again!"

"My water heater was leaking but glad that I contacted water heater only. I called at 10:00am and by 12pm they were here installing my new water heater. David from Water Heaters Only came in the afternoon of 6/12/18 and it took 2 hours to install to city and state code. He had all the parts and tools to change the water heater on the spot. Old heater was taken away and new heater installed by 2pm.. I would highly recommend Water Heaters Only. They were very professional and courteous."

"Darrow was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and just a delightful man! He checked everything and did not pressure me to purchase any thing. He actually commended that my system was in good condition and made a concerted effort to alleviate my fears. I definitely will call him if I have any future issues."

"One of their senior technicians, Rick C., after inspecting our current (12 year old original systems that were struggling to keep up), gave us estimates for three levels of systems.  We opted for the best one.  He reserved three days for the complete removal and installation, just over a week from the time of his inspection.
The crew arrived on the scheduled date, shortly after calling us to confirm we were ready for them (no preparation required on our part).  They put down drop clothes to protect our flooring and went right to work.  They were very professional, pleasant, and hard working.  The job was completed in two days versus the estimated three, and when they left the house was in fine shape - a couple of swipes with a dust cloth in a few places and you wouldn't know they'd been there.  The new system (two, actually) are Lennox Elite high efficiency units (EL296V) with high efficiency XC14 air conditioning units.  We haven't had a need to run the air conditioning units yet, but they worked quite well during a test run following installation.  The heating systems are working very nicely.  Due to the new registers, as well as the design of the furnace systems, the new system is much quieter than the old system was.

"Signed up online and was immediately contacted. The office called ahead to let me know when the service technician would be arriving. Mario showed up within the time window and immediately got to work. He spent time explaining to me what he was doing and what he was checking. He walked me through the safety concerns of the unit and showed me photos and video of the issues. He provided exceptional customer service. He was friendly, patient, professional, personal, and knowledgeable about his job. Due to the age of the unit we had to have a supervisor come out to discuss replacing the system, which after the thorough analysis Mario provided made the most sense. James arrived at the house and was super nice, polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the available options."

"Thoroughly checked my heating system and all is working well. I’ve used this company for years with only the best service and repairs."

"Over all it is okay, but there is some missing piece's here. My thermostat does not work, but everything else is pretty much okay.

Installed new cooling unit, and updated/corrected whatever problems with the duct work. But the thermostat needs to be in a different location. They filed an inspection so we are waiting for that. They corrected a couple problems with the duct work.

It would be between a C and a B but there is that serous problem with the thermostat. Overall the material was good. There were about 3 or 4 people. It took a good part of the day. They left it clean.

I think its all going to get resolved.

"I was so happy to come across NRG Heating & Air last week. Early heat wave, turned on my hvac and ofcourse it didn't work. Called NRG Heating and Air, not only did they come out through same day, they gave me a price that I simply could not say no to and to my surprise they came and did the work the next day. NRG will have recommendations coming from me forever. Thank you"
