"Fernando was absolutely awesome. He was able to show up on site quickly, discuss with me all my options and the different price points. He did not pressure me to make any decision and let me think about what would be the best given my situation. The next day I decided to instead of replacing a part on a 30 year old water tank, but to replace with a new water tank. Fernando brought me a new water tank very quickly, took out the old tank, had to secure safety straps into concrete wall, adjust the height of the tank stand, and all the to code add-ons expansion tank, water shut off value, better copper joint etc. He worked really long hours to get everything installed perfectly. Fernando even let me know he was hearing extra water flow that was usually, and he was correct. My main water line pipe had leaked in my front yard. Fantastic Service. Unlike another young person from another company who mainly wanted to install new parts that I was supposed to purchase, he was very knowledgeable. "Through Angie's List, I was pleased to discover Comfort Pro's was having a three day special so I called and was able to get service within hours!  The tech arrived on time - actually 15 minutes earlier which worked out great for me.  He showed up in a clean company rig and presented himself well in his clean company uniform (yes, outward appearance is important to me; shows pride and commitment toward quality work).  He asked questions regarding the usage of the units and from there I was able to communicate my concerns or rather my confession that my A/C had not been serviced in years!  He did a great job of explaining how the units work and what to do to keep it running efficiently (regular scheduled maintenance, cover A/C unit in winter, etc.).  By the time he completed the work, his uniform carried much of the furnance and a/c units dust and dirt:-)  He was thorough and professional.  I'll be scheduling my next service with Comfort Pro's for sure=D

"These guys saved the day. Our main water line broke on a Sunday morning (1100 gal/hour by the time turned off according to Nob Hill) so were without water. This company was able to get out Monday morning and get the emergency locate going and were the only company called that responded as promised. Wayne was great and provided great advice on repair vs replacement. So glad we went with his advice for total replacement instead of wasting money repairing what ended up being totally failed pvc piping. They were able to get the whole job done in one day and did a wonderful job making yard look as good as possible, way better than we imagined.
