He spent time with us, accurately described the entire installation process with us and exhibited willingness and patience to hear and understand what we were looking for in the new windows. The American Home Renewal contract was clear, concise and straight forward. The 3 day installation process was fluid and fairly quiet and we were able to work from home. It had a minimal impact on our lives. The crew cleaned up thoroughly every day and took time to make sure we knew how to tilt the windows for eventual cleaning etc. Keith, the Production Manager, checked in a few times during the 3 day installation period to ensure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. "John and his assistant arrived on time. They were courteous, freindly, and professional in every way. My sister and 94-year-old mother were delighted with them. Despite not knowing what brand or model doors needed repair - I couldn't find an identification plate - John had all the parts needed on his truck to fix both doors. They spent 2-1/3 hours fixing the sliding glass door and sliding screen door. The repairs were done perfectly. These doors haven't operated this well since they were installed ~25 years ago. Price for the work done was fair and reasonable."
